Every page for our six main cities
As packers and movers in Pakistan with a team in each of these six cities, we give every main city its own pages for house shifting, goods transport, office shifting, car carrier, warehouse and the areas we cover:
Other main cities
In Hyderabad, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, Sukkur, Sahiwal, Rahim Yar Khan, Gujrat, Jhelum, Sheikhupura, Abbottabad, Mardan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Larkana and Okara, we offer house shifting and goods transport to and from the other cities on our list. City pages for these are being added.
How intercity moves work
As packers and movers in Pakistan, most of our longer moves follow the same main roads. We plan the loading date, the departure time and the delivery day around them:
| From | Main route |
|---|---|
| Karachi | M-9 to Hyderabad, then north through Sukkur and Multan |
| Lahore | M-2 north to Islamabad, M-4 toward Faisalabad and Multan |
| Islamabad and Rawalpindi | M-2 south to Lahore, M-1 west to Peshawar |
| Faisalabad | M-4 to the M-2, and south to Multan |
| Multan | M-4 north, M-5 south toward Sukkur and Karachi |
These motorways are built and run by the NHA, and every vehicle we send stays within the NHA weight limits for its size.
Full load or shared load between cities
If your goods fill most of a vehicle, book a full truck load and it goes straight to you. If they fill only part of one, a shared load lets you split the fare with other customers going the same way. Trips toward Karachi are usually cheaper than trips going north, because trucks that delivered up country need a load back south.
What stays the same in every city
Wherever you move, packers and movers in Pakistan should give you the same basics. These are ours, in every city:
- A written quote before any work starts
- Our own trained packers
- Covered vehicles for household goods
- A supervisor on every move, with a number you can call
- A written damage policy, explained before you book
- Loading within the legal weight limit
Moving cars and storing goods
Our car carrier moves cars and bikes between the main cities. Our warehouse and storage runs in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan and Faisalabad.
Choosing packers and movers in Pakistan for an intercity move
A move between two cities is a bigger job than a move across town, so it pays to choose carefully. Good packers and movers in Pakistan will ask about both addresses, not just the one you are leaving. They will want to know about stairs and lifts at the new home, the society's gate rules, and the date you need the goods delivered, not only the date of loading.
Ask how the goods will be packed for the road, which vehicle will carry them, and who you can call while they are travelling. Ask whether the vehicle is loaded within the legal weight. And ask for the quotation in writing. These five questions will tell you more about any mover than an advertisement can.
Seasonal tips for moving between cities
- Summer: start early in Karachi, Multan and Lahore, where the afternoon heat is hardest on people and goods.
- Monsoon: use a closed container and wrap furniture in stretch film; Karachi and Lahore roads can flood after heavy rain.
- Winter: fog can close motorways in Punjab for some hours in December and January, so allow extra time.
- Eid and month end: the busiest days of the year for packers and movers in Pakistan, so book early.
