Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every quotation and booking with Talal Goods Transport Company. Your written quotation may add terms for your particular job; if it does, those apply too.
1. Quotations
Quotations are free and given in writing. A quotation is based on the inventory, addresses, floors and date you give us. If any of these change, the price may change, and we will tell you before work starts.
2. Bookings
A booking is confirmed when you accept the written quotation and we confirm the date.
3. Items we do not carry
We do not carry anything illegal, flammable or dangerous, including gas cylinders, fuel, chemicals and weapons. Please keep cash, jewellery and important documents with you.
4. Packing and loading
If you pack goods yourself, we are responsible for loading and carrying them with care, but not for the contents of cartons we did not pack.
5. Legal loading
Every vehicle is loaded within its legal weight limit. We may refuse to load goods that would take a vehicle over its limit.
6. Damage
Our written damage policy, given with your quotation, explains how damage is recorded and claimed. The condition of goods is noted at loading, and any damage must be reported at delivery.
7. Storage
Storage is offered only in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan and Faisalabad, under the terms in your storage quotation.
8. Cancellation
If you need to cancel or change the date, tell us as early as possible. Any charges for late cancellation are stated in your quotation.
