DHA, Clifton and the sea side

DHA Karachi, Clifton, Defence View, Navy Housing and the sea-facing towers have bungalows of 500 to 1,000 square yards and many high-rise apartments. Gates check goods vehicles, buildings book lifts, and sea air is hard on furniture, so we wrap everything well.

PECHS, Bahadurabad, Tariq Road and the centre

PECHS, Bahadurabad, Tariq Road, Jamshed Road, KDA Scheme 1, Karachi Cantt and the areas along Shahrah-e-Faisal are central, busy and full of mixed houses and apartments. Loading early is essential before the shops and offices open.

Gulshan, Johar and the east

Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Gulistan-e-Johar, Scheme 33, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Malir, Malir Cantt, Model Colony, Shah Faisal Colony and Askari are home to many families in apartments and 120 to 400 square yard houses. University Road and Rashid Minhas Road decide timing here.

North Nazimabad, Federal B Area and the north

North Nazimabad, Nazimabad, Federal B Area, Gulberg Karachi, Naya Nazimabad, North Karachi, New Karachi and Surjani Town are dense family areas with houses and flats. Some streets are narrow, so we check access before we send a big vehicle.

Korangi, Landhi and the industrial east

Korangi, Landhi, Mehmoodabad and Steel Town mix homes with factories. Goods vehicles are common here, but timing around factory shifts matters.

The old city and the west

Saddar, Garden East, Lyari, Kemari, Orangi Town and Saadi Town have older, crowded streets. We load early and use a Shehzore where a container cannot reach.

Bahria Town Karachi

Bahria Town Karachi sits off the M-9, far from the centre. Moves here take most of a day, and the society checks goods vehicles at the gate.

How we plan a move in any Karachi area
