Before you move
Most questions come down to three things: what the move will cost, how your goods will be looked after, and how long it will take. The answers below cover all three. For prices, read what affects the price. For a city, see cities. For each service, see services.

How do I get a quotation?
Call or WhatsApp us, or use the quote form. Tell us what you are moving, both addresses, the floors and the date, and we send a free written quotation.
Is the quotation free?
Yes. Quotations are free and come in writing before any work starts.
Will the price change on moving day?
No, unless the job changes, for example if you add items, change the floor or change the date.
Do you pack everything?
Yes, if you choose complete packing. You can also pack simple items yourself and leave fragile items and furniture to us.
Do you dismantle and fit furniture?
Yes. Beds, wardrobes, dining tables and TV units are dismantled and fitted again at the new place.
Do you take down and fit ACs?
Yes. Our technicians take down and fit split ACs, fans and LEDs. This is listed separately in your quotation.
What is a shared load?
Two or three customers going the same way share one vehicle, and each pays only for their part.
What is a full truck load?
You book the whole vehicle, and it goes straight from your gate to the delivery address.
Do all vehicles come with a driver?
Yes. We do not rent vehicles without drivers.
Do you load trucks within the legal weight?
Yes. Every vehicle is loaded within its NHA axle-load limit.
Do you move cars and bikes?
Yes, on our car carrier, terminal to terminal or door to door.
Where do you offer storage?
In Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan and Faisalabad only.
What happens if something is damaged?
Our written damage policy is explained before you book. The supervisor records the condition of goods at loading, and claims are handled under that policy.
