When you ask for a quotation or book a move, we collect your name, phone number, the addresses involved, your moving date and a description or photos of the goods. If you message us on WhatsApp, we also see your WhatsApp name and number.

2. Why we collect it

We use these details only to prepare your quotation, plan and carry out your move, contact you about it, and keep records required for our business and tax purposes.

3. Who we share it with

We share your details only with our own team members working on your move. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone. We may share details with authorities if the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed for accounts and any claims, and then delete them. Quotation requests that do not become bookings are deleted after a reasonable time.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Contact us by call or WhatsApp using the buttons on this page.

This website does not use advertising trackers. Basic, anonymous visit statistics may be collected to improve the site.
