Our freight charges and moving rates are worked out for each job from a few clear things: the vehicle, the distance, your inventory, the floors, the packing and whether you book a full or shared load. Here is how each one changes the price.

What decides your freight charges
Every quotation we send is built from the same seven factors. Knowing them helps you compare quotes and keep your own costs down.

| Inventory | The number and weight of items decides the vehicle and the team size. |
| Floors and lifts | Carrying furniture down five floors of stairs takes more people and more time than a ground floor house. |
| Packing | Complete packing of every room adds materials and packers. If you pack yourself, the price is lower. |
| Full or shared load | A shared load costs only your part of the vehicle. A full truck costs the whole vehicle. |

How truck rates moved from 2022 to 2026

Every vehicle is loaded within its legal limit under the NHA axle-load rules, which keeps freight charges predictable because your goods are not held at weigh stations:

Axle limits: front 5.5 t, single rear 12 t, tandem 22 t, tridem 31 t. A Shehzore is a light vehicle and is loaded to its maker's 2 t rating.

Door to door on return trips adds Rs 2,000 for pickup and Rs 2,000 for delivery. Return list from 5 September 2025, at diesel Rs 273.69 per litre.
How to keep your freight charges down
- Book mid-month. The last and first days of the month, and the days before Eid, are the busiest.
- Share a vehicle. If your goods fill less than half a vehicle, ask for a shared load.
- Clear out before the move. Every item you sell or give away is one less to pack and carry.
- Pack simple items yourself. Books, clothes and kitchen items are easy to pack; leave fragile items and furniture to our team.
- Be flexible on the date. A day or two of flexibility helps us fill a shared load or use a return trip toward Karachi.
- Tell us everything at the start. Items added on the day add time and cost; a full list gets you an accurate quote.
What a written quotation includes
Every quotation lists:
- The vehicle type and size
- Packing and materials, if you want them
- Loading and unloading labour
- Furniture dismantling and fitting
- AC dismantling and installation, if needed
- The date and the delivery time frame

Why freight charges differ between companies
When you compare quotes, you may see very different freight charges for the same job. Usually the difference is in what is included. One quote may include packing, labour, dismantling and fitting; another may include only the vehicle and driver. One may be for a closed container; another for an open truck. Ask each company to list what their freight charges cover, and compare like with like.
Very low freight charges can also mean an overloaded vehicle or extra charges added on the day. A written quotation that lists every part of the job protects you from both.
Freight charges for businesses
Factories, wholesalers and shops that send goods regularly can ask for a standing rate for their usual route and vehicle. Freight charges for regular loads are worked out from your usual weight, route and schedule, and reviewed when diesel prices change.

Why don't you publish fixed freight charges?
Because two moves of the same size can cost very differently: floors, packing, distance, direction and the date all change the work. A written quotation for your job is more accurate than a price list.
How do I get freight rates for my load?
Send your goods or inventory, both cities and your date on WhatsApp or through the quote form. We send a free written quotation.
Is a shared load cheaper than a full truck?
Yes, for small loads. You pay only for the share of the vehicle your goods take.
Why are trips toward Karachi often cheaper?
Trucks that delivered goods up north need a load back south. Customers sending goods toward Karachi often get a lower rate on these return trips.
Do transportation charges include packing?
Only if you ask for it. The quotation lists the vehicle, packing, labour and fitting separately, so you can see each part.
Can the rate change after I book?
The quoted rate stays the same unless the job changes, for example if you add items, change the floor or change the date.
Do diesel prices affect freight charges?
Yes. Diesel is the biggest running cost of a truck, so freight rates across Pakistan rise and fall with it.
