Why send your car on a car carrier
Driving your own car 1,400 km from Karachi to Islamabad means two long days on the road, fuel, tolls, a night in a hotel and real wear on your car. A car carrier does the trip for you. Your car rides on a multi-deck carrier trailer, strapped down at the wheels, and arrives without a single extra kilometre on the clock.
Car transport also saves you a second trip. When a family moves cities, someone usually has to fly or take a bus back to drive the second car. With a car carrier, both cars arrive without anyone driving.
How our car carrier service works
- Tell us your car and cities on WhatsApp, by phone or through the quote form.
- Get a written quotation with the loading date.
- Hand over the car at our terminal, or we collect it from your door.
- Condition check. Our supervisor notes scratches and dents with you and takes photos at handover.
- Loading. The car is driven onto the carrier and strapped at all four wheels.
- Delivery. You collect it at the terminal, or we bring it to your door, and check it against the handover photos.

Door to door on return trips adds Rs 2,000 for pickup and Rs 2,000 for delivery. Return list from 5 September 2025, at diesel Rs 273.69 per litre.
Terminal to terminal or door to door
- Terminal to terminal: you bring the car to our terminal and collect it from our terminal in the other city. This is the lower rate.
- Door to door: we collect the car from your home or office and deliver it to your door. This adds a pickup and delivery charge to the carrier rate.
Car carrier routes
Our car carrier service runs between Karachi and the cities of Punjab and KPK, and between the cities of Punjab, Islamabad and KPK. The busiest directions are Karachi to Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and back. Carriers coming back toward Karachi often have space, so return trips usually cost less. The carriers run on the motorways built and run by the NHA.
Before you hand over your car
- Keep the fuel tank around a quarter full.
- Remove valuables, documents and loose items from the cabin and boot.
- Remove dashcams and phone holders that could fall.
- Check the tyre pressure and note any existing damage with us.
- Hand over one key and keep the spare with you.
Car transport with your house move
Many families send their car on the same day as their goods. Book our house shifting service and car carrier together, and your car and your household goods arrive in the new city at about the same time. If the new home is not ready, your goods can wait in our warehouse and storage.
What to compare between auto transport companies
- Is the car strapped at all four wheels? Cars tied only by a chain can shift on the road.
- Is the condition recorded at handover? Photos and a signed sheet protect both sides.
- Is there a written damage policy? Ask before you book, not after delivery.
- Is the quotation written? It should state the vehicle, route, TT or DD service and loading date.
Rates depend on inventory, distance, floor access, vehicle size and packing, and are confirmed at booking.
Preparing a bike for transport
Motorbikes are simpler to move than cars, but they still need care. Empty most of the fuel, fold or remove the mirrors, and take off any loose boxes or carriers. We strap the bike upright through the frame, not the handlebars, so it cannot fall or scratch other vehicles. If you are moving house, a bike can also travel inside the closed container with your household goods, wrapped in blankets.
When to book
Book a few days ahead if you can, especially at the end and start of the month and before Eid, when many families move. Tell us the date you need the vehicle delivered, not only the date you can hand it over, and we plan the loading around it. For urgent moves, ask anyway; space on a trailer sometimes opens at short notice.
Documents and keys
Keep the original registration book with you and hand over a photocopy. We never need your original documents. Hand over one key and keep the spare. If the vehicle is on a company lease or bank finance, check whether the lender needs to know it is being moved to another city.

How much does a car carrier cost?

Is it cheaper to send a car back to Karachi?
Usually yes. Carriers returning south toward Karachi have empty space, so return trips normally cost less than trips going north.
Do you transport bikes as well as cars?
Yes. Motorbikes travel on the same carriers, strapped upright, or with your household goods in a closed container.
What do terminal to terminal and door to door mean?
Terminal to terminal means you drop off and collect the car at our yard. Door to door means we pick the car up from your address and deliver it to your door.
How long does car transport from Karachi to Islamabad take?
It depends on the loading date and road conditions. We confirm the loading date when you book and keep you updated until delivery.
What do I need to hand over with my car?
One key, a copy of the registration and your ID. Keep the spare key and original documents with you.
Can I put luggage inside the car?
Only light items. Household goods should go with our house shifting service in a closed container.
What if my car is damaged on the way?
Our supervisor notes and photographs the car's condition with you at handover, and our written damage policy explains how any claim is handled.
